Sarah Cook is a founding member and CEO of Stairway Consultancy Ltd. in the UK. She has experience in leadership and consulting and has spent much time helping both public and private organizations improve their customer service and develop their leadership. Cook has authored several books including Change Management Excellence and Customer Care Excellence, both published by Kogan Page.

Macaulay is a Management Development Consultant at Cranfield School of Management. He has worked in telecommunications and IT where he has headed several successful change management programmes.

Coldicott is a consultant whose primary aim is to help organizations achieve success through the development of their people.
