Overview

The first chapter of this book takes an extended look at the many themes that are central to the construction of a constitution and does so against the backdrop of the Canadian Constitution which was re-negotiated in 1980s. The second and third chapters explore different facets of the idea of leadership. The last chapter looks at 9/11 and the Constitution in terms of several investigations.

About the Author, Bill Whitehouse

Dr. Bill Whitehouse graduated with honors in Social Relations from Harvard University, and, as well, received a doctorate in Educational Theory from the University of Toronto. He has taught a variety of courses -- including philosophy of law -- at colleges and universities in both the United States and Canada. Dr. Whitehouse has written 27 books -- mostly non-fiction. He has been interviewed on television and/or radio in the United States, Canada, and England in relation to a number of different topics ... constitutional issues comprising one of these topics.
