Sombke provides recipes, beverage suggestions, and ideas for creating the appropriate ``ambiance'' for a Spanish Tapas party, Beaujolais Nouveau celebration, and other occasions. Some of the recipes are rather too familiar, and a few techniques seem questionable, but Sombke has covered all the bases, and his reassuring tone and tips for ``pulling it all together'' may indeed inspire timid hosts to entertain, and to have fun doing so.Book Details
