About the Author, Michelle Berriedale-Johnson

Michelle Berriedale-Johnson has advised the BBC and the English Tourist Board on historical English food and ran a catering business specializing in the creation of historical feasts. A frequent contributor to magazines, she is also the author of numerous books including The British Museum Cookbook, Food Fit for Pharaohs, Pepys at Table, The Victorian Cookbook, and Sainsbury’s Quick Meals.
