Good and Evil

Though we are often hurt, shocked and angered by the evil in our world, it doesn't catch God off-guard. He cares about our suffering, he's with us in the midst of our tragedies and sin, and he can even bring good out of the worst circumstances. God doesn't give us all the answers about why we suffer, but these eight studies by Douglas Connelly will help us trust him and his power more even in the midst of our pain.

Douglas Connelly (M.Div. and M.Th., Grace Theological Seminary) is senior pastor at Parkside Community Church in Sterling Heights, Michigan. A writer and speaker, Connelly has written books and Bible study guides, including Encountering Jesus, Good & Evil, Miracles and Heaven, all from InterVarsity Press.
