About the Author, Jennifer E. Cheeks-Collins


Jennifer E. Cheeks-Collins serves as the assistant director of the Gwinnett History Museum. She brings to Black America: Gwinnett County a deep appreciation for those who came before her to create history, and in this memorable tribute, she makes a commendable effort to preserve it.
