School Library Journal

Gr 9-12 Beginning with a discussion of MTV, the Cohens explore careers in video, including cable, local programming, and internships. Bland black-and-white photographs notwithstanding, the book is a useful source of practical information for young people, and the addresses in the back are an outstanding contribution to the subject. This book can be used successfully as a beginning for further research. It would be handy to have in high-school guidance offices, as well as in the career section of the library. Judie Porter, Media Services Center, Portsmouth School Department, R.I.
