Overview
Examining the challenges and limitations involved in implementing and using e-commerce technologies, this guide describes how these technologies have been very instrumental to many organizations around the globe. She has won a university-level teaching award, two school-level teaching awards, and three department-level teaching awards. She is the coauthor of Client/Server Information Systems and a contributing author to The Internet Encyclopedia. She lives in West Lafayette, Indiana.
