Mega and Micro

The Weird and Wonderful series offers children four stunningly illustrated books on some of the most amazing creatures and features of our world. The series is produced in collaboration with the Natural History Museum in London.

Mega and Micro introduces readers to the world's largest and smallest creatures, from California's giant redwoods to the common dust mite which is as prolific as it is unpopular. From grains of salt to grains of pollen, Mega and Micro explores the world of things that are larger or smaller than we expect - for example, the Goliath beetle, which is as big as your fist and as heavy as an apple.
