PAUL T. AMMANN has more than 14 years of across-the-board experience in enterprise Windows, Novell, and UNIX environments. In his career, he has been contracted to configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, conduct network performance analyses, and solve networking infrastructure problems, from the desktop to the enterprise. His previous books include IP Solutions for Windows 2000 (Prentice Hall PTR).
