The supplementary icons, a grading system depicting the spectrum of findings from common to rare, have good intentions but seem of questionable practical utility. Using the cases as a knowledge challenge will help readers assess their capabilities on a full range of topics in musculoskeletal imaging. As such, this may be helpful for radiologists preparing for board exams or, alternatively, those looking to hone their diagnostic abilities.
