About the Author, David Elliott

DAVID ELLIOTT worked with the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) before moving to the Open University, UK where he is Professor of Technology Policy and has developed courses on technological innovation, focusing in particular on renewable energy technology. He has published widely on renewable energy policy, including Energy, Society and Environment (2003). He is Co-Director of the OU Energy and Environment Research Unit.
