A spunky cat named Molly leaves home to explore the world; finds danger, and is brought back safely. The author uses too much text to cover too little ground and the story can be difficult to follow at times, especially for young children. The numerous characters introduced all at once also make the story difficult to track. The cheerful illustrations provide much of the book's appeal. This title is one in the publisher's "A Molly Book" series.
