Written by practicing librarians and subject specialists, reviews cover books and electronic resources published in 1999, plus some from 1998, and describe each work, discussing its purpose, depth of coverage, and how it can be used. In many cases, materials are compared to similar titles, and reviews from professional journals are cited. Each entry is coded for college, public, and school libraries. Includes complete bibliographic and ordering information for each title.
