Overview

The teen years are the most stressful years in a person’s life - any teenager can produce an endless list of stressors that they face everyday. While some stress stimulates growth and learning, it can also damage us if we don’t have healthy ways of dealing with it. Stressbusters is the ideal book to help teens lower their stress level. The first half of the book focuses on showing a teen how to identify and increase the resources they have to reduce stress. And the second half of the book takes a closer look at the stresses teens face and explores how they can manage those demands. Every chapter offers "STRESSBUSTERS" that teens can use to "de-stress" and enjoy a happier life.
