Genome Mapping and Molecular Breeding in Plants provides a timely overview of the current status of genome analysis, with an emphasis on economically and academically relevant species. The work focuses on genetic and physical genome maps; on mapping, cloning, and monitoring of economic genes through molecular breeding; and on the most recent advances in genomics.
