Joel Sklar is an instructional designer and technical trainer specializing in HTML, XML, and web technologies. Matt Slaybaugh has been designing Web sites since 1994 (when much of the content of this book did not exist) and has intimate knowledge of the requirements of professional Web developers. Ruth Guthrie has taught courses in web development for four years. This is her first book, though she has published several articles on e-commerce in CIS journals and is currently working on a commercial web sites which are used in this text.
