About the Author, Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith, Co-founder of the SmithCompanies.com, is an avid real estate investor. In just a few short years, she and her husband, Ryan, have developed a substantial investment portfolio by concentrating their investment strategies in low-income housing and mobile park homes. She has experience overseeing the management of various types of real estate properties, including signle-family residential, billboards, and storage units, and of course, mobile home communities, focusing on advertising, sales, and accounting. Jamie has managed a rent collection company and is the manager of the Ryan and Jamie Smith Foundation. Jame and her husband run Mobile Home Park Investment Boot Camps all around the country.
