About the Author:

George Patrick Shultz has been involved in electronics training since 1961. As an instructor, he has developed curricula in the areas of basic electricity, electronics, electrical technology, and radio/television repair. He has been a long-time trainer for the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
