About the Author, Cockshoot

Dr David Cockshoot is a Clinical Assistant in A&E at St. James' University Hospital, Leeds and a Principal in General Practice in Ilkley. He is also an Honorary Undergraduate Clinical Tutor in Medicine at the University Leeds.

Dr Oliver Monfredi a Senior House Officer in A&E at St. James' University Hospital and formerly a medical student at Leeds.
