About the Author, John Selby
John Selby was educated at Haileybury, The Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, and Christ’s College, Cambridge. He is a military historian and Senior Lecturer at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. His previous books include “The Second World War”, “Stories of Famous Sieges”, “The Recollections of Sergeant Morris” (editor), “The Paper Dragon”, “The Boer War”, “The Thin Red Line” and a biography of Stonewall Jackson.
