Synopsis
Fun new chunky Sparkly Board Books that include four big pull-tab surprises. A little mouse shows children where to look for magical, glittering creatures in "Sparkly Garden." Check out "Sparkly Farm" and "Sparkly Ocean" for more sparkly surprises. For ages 2-5.

A board book with window slides is no real surprise, but these are particularly difficult to pull. The die cut cover reveals the first image—a colorful display of flowers. When the cover is opened, a mouse is hanging on a stalk and the text asks if the listener can find something behind the sparkly flowers. Pulling the tab/slide reveals golden striped bees. On the next page mouse is joined by snail and they are looking for something else that flies around the garden—sparkly blue butterflies. The red ladybugs are joined by three fairies with silvery wings. The little mouse appears on each spread and provides some continuity. As for learning colors or anything about flowers or animals, there is not much to be found in this book. The big attraction is the "sparkly" illustrations.
