About the Author, Marc Mancini

Dr. Marc Mancini is one of the travel industry's most popular speakers on sales and geography. His seminars draw up to 1,000 attendees, and his consulting skills have served such pacesetting companies as American Express, Lufthansa, American Airlines, and the Carlson Group. He was the principle designer of CLIA's new certification and training programs. He had also produced six destination and training videos. Dr. Mancini is currently a Professor at West Los Angeles College in Los Angeles, California.
