Ronald T. Potter-Efron, M.S.W., Ph.D., is a clinical psychotherapist and a certified alcohol and drug counselor with a special focus on anger management. His many publications include Angry All the Time; Letting Go of Anger; Letting Go of Shame; Anger, Alcoholism, and Addiction; Working Anger; and Being, Belonging, Doing. Dr. Potter-Efron conducts his private practice at First Things Counseling Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and leads his popular anger workshops all over the country.
